GENERAL

  • At TRIBE, we offer a variety of different workouts, including group classes for boxing, spin classes, and training classes such as circuit training, strength & conditioning, and kickboxing. We also offer personal training if you prefer a more individual approach to your fitness routine!

    These are the workouts offered in each studio:

    TRIBE Mont Kiara (MK): Boxing, Personal Training

    TRIBE Tropicana (TG): Boxing, Training Classes, Personal Training

    TRIBE The Courts (TC): Ride

    For first-timers, we offer a Trial Combo package (for first-time purchase) which allows you to join any 3 classes in any of our studios within a month.

    We recommend that you come 15 - 20 minutes prior a the start of your class so that you can go through the basics and gear up.

  • You don't have to be fit to train with us - you train with us to get fit! We offer a variety of fitness classes and surely there will be one that suits you. And eventually, you will realise that you're stronger than you think you are and can go further over time.

  • Our workouts are designed to be scaled to each person's fitness level. However, we only allow participants of age 16 and above to reduce liability risk, focus on safety and safeguard the well-being of all TRIBE members.

  • We offer showers facilities, toiletries, towels, hairdryer and a water dispenser for your convenience. Your comfort and needs are our priority as you pursue your fitness journey with us.

  • Of course! However, we would like to seek your understanding and cooperation to respect the other members' space, not to turn on the flash and disrupt other members from working out. Please note that tripods are not permitted to be used in the Rave Cave.

 
 

BOOKING

  • You will need to register and account to be able to purchase a credit package. You can click on the steps below for video tutorials on how toPurchase a Package complete each step.

    Create an Account > Purchase a Package > View Schedule > Book a Class

  • Yes, but watch out! Most classes book out in a heartbeat, especially during peak time - check our class schedule for available spots before dropping by the studio!

  • The schedule for the following week goes live every Monday, at 12PM.

  • You can book up to a total of 3 spots per class per account. Please note that this does not apply to Trial Combo and non-shareable packages.

  • If the class you want to attend is fully booked, you can put yourself on the waitlist. Once we have spots available, you will be automatically enrolled and notified via email. If a spot doesn’t open by then, your booked credit will be refunded to you.*

    *This refund does not apply for event tickets purchased.

  • If you are not going to be able to make it for the class, you need to cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Click here to see how to do it. This allows ample time for other members who want to attend the class to get a spot. Any cancellation less than 12 hours before the commencement of the class will be deemed a late cancellation and the booked credit will be charged.

  • In this particular situation, we will return your booked credit into your account. Just give us a call or drop us an email at admin@tribebx.co.

  • You simply change your browser settings to accept cookies .

    iPhone: Go to settings > Safari and scroll down to the 'Privacy & Security' section. Turn 'Block All Cookies' back on. When prompted, confirm by selecting 'Block All'. Finally, turn 'Block All Cookies' back OFF .

    Android: Go to your browser settings, locate the setting options for cookies (can be located in 'Site Settings' or 'Privacy & Security' sections, dependant on the browser being used). Check the 'Allow Cookies' option on and off.

 
 

PACKAGES

  • No. If you purchase a 50 Class Combo with a 12-month validity, that's what you get. Once you have used up the 50 classes or have reached the end of the package term, you can decide if you would like to continue working out with us!

  • Yes! All our group class packages can be used to book for group classes at ANY of our studios, whether it's BOXING, RIDE, or TRAINING classes.

  • To link your group class package, please send an email request to admin@tribebx.co asking for your package to be linked with your friends' accounts. In the email, provide the email address linked to the TRIBE account of the package purchaser, along with the email addresses of all the respective accounts you'd like to link to the package. Our admin team will assist in linking them accordingly.

 
 

POLICIES

  • We have a strict no-late policy. If the reserved class has begun, you will be denied entry to the class and your credit will be considered used. This is to ensure the safety of the members & to avoid disruption to the class once it has started.

  • If you are not going to be able to make it for the class, you need to cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Click here to see how to do it. This allows ample time for other members who want to attend the class to get a spot. Any cancellation less than 12 hours before the commencement of the class will be deemed a late cancellation and the booked credit will be charged.

    In case of illness or emergencies, please email us at admin@tribebx.co. Our team will assess the situation and issue a refund in your booked credit if applicable.

  • Any sale made on group class packages and personal training packages are final and non-refundable. However, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are going away for an extended period of time, we have 3 options you may consider:

    1) Transfer your credits to someone else.

    2) Freeze your package until you're ready to use it again.

    3) Extend your package expiry date.

  • Drop us a call at +603 6411 7406 and we'll keep a lookout for your item! However, please be informed that any items left unclaimed in the TRIBE studio for a duration of 7 days will be subject to disposal by TRIBE. Kindly note that this action may be taken without prior notice.

FREEZING YOUR PACKAGE

  • Yes, you can. Free freeze is only applicable for injury, surgery recovery, pregnancy, medically proven inability to attend group fitness classes and the restrictions imposed by the government. The freeze can be done via a written request (i.e. email) together with a copy of the doctor's letter or a valid medical certificate (for medical condition).

    Having said so, the option to freeze the packages is at the sole discretion of the management. For reasons that don't fall into the free freeze policy, we offer a paid freeze option.

  • When your package is frozen, your package activity and validity will be put on hold and you cannot book for any in-studio class during the freeze period. It works in a way when your package unfreezes, the duration of the requested freeze will be added to your original package expiry. If the freeze period is longer than the original package validity, the original package validity will apply. Click here to see how to do it.

    For example: if you have a 5 Class Combo which is valid for 2 months expiring on 31st July 2021 and you submit a request to freeze your package for 3 months, which is from 1st July 2021 to 28th October 2021. On 29th October 2021, your new package expiry will be automatically updated to 29th December 2021, which is 2 months from 29th October 2021, according to the original package validity.

  • A frozen package cannot be used to book classes during the freeze period, and even in advance. This will also affect your family and friends who share the frozen package with you.

    For example: if your package freeze period ends on 30th June 2021 and you wish to book a class on 28th June 2021 for classes on 1st July 2021, unfortunately, you cannot do so because the package is still frozen. Only on 1st July 2021 onward, you can make an advanced booking.

  • Generally the freeze will apply to ALL in-studio group class packages and personal training packages that are attached to your TRIBE account. If you wish to freeze only a selected package, you may send your request to admin@tribebx.co via email. However, the freeze fee will not be pro-rated or refunded in partial.

  • The freeze period has to be for a consecutive period of 30 days, it always starts on the day we process the freeze and finishes on the 30th day.

  • If you wish to freeze your package for 3 months, you can obtain a 3 x "1-Month Freeze" series and we will apply the freeze to your package accordingly. If you wish to extend the freeze upon the expiry of the freeze term, you can obtain the "1-Month Freeze" series again.

  • Yes, you can. Just email us admin@tribebx.co your early unfreeze request and we will process accordingly within 1-3 working days. Please note that the freeze fee paid will not be refunded in partial or in full. If you wish to freeze the package again, your request will be subject to a fee of RM 50.00 for a 30-day period.

 
 

EXTENDING YOUR PACKAGE

  • Certainly! You can request to extend your package by purchasing an extension package on the “Buy Now” page. You can see a step-to-step tutorial by clicking here. Please note that you will not receive an immediate response from our team, but we will process your request within 1-3 working days upon receiving the payment.

  • Yes, the extension will only apply to one package. So you can select which package you would like to apply it to.

  • Certainly! If you're interested in extending your package beyond 7 days, you have the option to acquire the extension package again once the initial 7-day extension has concluded. This way, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the extended package for an extended period.
