FULL BODY WORKOUT
CIRCUIT TRAINING

During this group class, you will be doing a consecutive series of timed exercises performed one after another with a variation of body movements with body weight and usage of equipments.

Instead of deciding which body parts to prioritise, this class is a heart-pumping, full-body workout to help you step out of your comfort zone and take your workout up a notch!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Using higher weights and lower repetitions, this slow tempo strength-focused class is designed to help with the mind-muscle connection, focusing on building strength & endurance.

KICKBOXING TRAINING

Using the proper strategies and form, this 75-minute class focuses on everything from cardio conditioning and muscle-building to elements of self-defence.

During this training session, you will be able to utilize the basic techniques for punching and kicking, as well as basic body conditioning exercises through dynamic interactive scenarios and pad work drills that will assist in improving hand speed and reaction time.

Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
